The opening of this pitch marks an exciting new era for members of OWHC. With support from our dedicated trustees, a quarter of a million pounds of investment has been raised marking a significant step forward for the future of the club.

Hosted by OWHC, #GroundHogDay will celebrate the unveiling of our new ground with the added benefit of a delicious Hog Roast. The first event will begin at 10am and we will be joined by Tracey Crouch, Minister for Sport and local MP for the official unveiling at 12pm.

This fun, festival of hockey will include:
• Past v Present match - SJWMS 1st XI will face an Old Boys' side
• OWHC Chairman’s Select Mixed XI v The School Trustees’ XI
• Mixed 6-aside tournament
• Junior Coaching Session - (available to all pupils, siblings and friends - beginners welcome)
• Inflatable Games and Sports Zone
• Hog Roast and BBQ
• Live Band
• Beer Tent

Our mixed 6-a-side tournament will run from 3pm. Unlike previous club day tournaments, your team will be decided by you. Applications for team entry must be received no later than 25 August. Please find attached for more information and the team/individual player entry forms.
