Junior Award Ceremony

The season may have ended and our seniors are enjoying a well-earned rest this summer. However our Sunday junior training is still going as strong as ever.

It was our enthusiastic youngsters turn to be rewarded for their commitment to their friendlies, training and tournaments through those cold, wet Sunday mornings during the winter months. As they held their own Awards Ceremony and received medals for the season. There were also trophies for the players of the season and most improved within each age category.

Junior training won’t stop there, as it’s due to continue throughout the summer on every last Sunday of each month. Don’t forget it’s all FREE too!

Our free junior training sessions run from 10am - 11.30am at Sir Joseph Williamson Mathematical School.

As a club, we pride ourselves on offering accessible hockey to all children in the area from ages 5-17. The session is broken down as follows:
Years 1-3 (ages 5-8)
Years 4-6 (ages 8-11)
Years 7-11 (ages 11-16)

We have a selection of sticks available to borrow at every session. Therefore don’t worry if you don’t have any equipment yourselves.
